In the UK, after various other places in the world, LG has launched it’s second version of their Chocolate Phone, the LG Chocolate phone in White.
But they’ve also chosen to launch the new phone with other styles, including a pink LG Chocolate and other LG Chocolate phones with ‘unique design variations’. Diamonds? Brushed metal? Grey?
Personally I think that one of the reasons the original black Chocolate Phone was so successful was because when the screen turns off (and it does often), it looked like a nice black little pod, the only other details being the faux metal or silver lines running around the device. That is quite an attractive look for a device.
The phones are not expected to be any different in hardware than the original LG Chocolate phones in Black which hit the shelves a few months ago, and have sold in their millions.
You can get this new LG Chocolate White phone and the older LG model in black on contract or pay-as-you-go with most major networks.

The new handsets are already enjoying significant sales success in South Korea and, following in-depth research among 18 and 35 year olds around the globe, the decision has been taken to introduce the phones to select international markets.

I gotta say that the LG chocolate is one of the ONLY phones I’ve ever seen that doesn’t look ugly. Most other phones look average but none could be called ’sleek’ as in Apple-sleek like the Chocolate.
I’m not a big phone person (because no company seems to be able to get everything right… or much right for that matter).
What I want is a phone that looks really sleek and understated, has a quick and intuitive interface (interface is my main phone gripe) and has a good calendar that syncs with iCal.

Looks fab but absolutly shocking phone in general!! Do Not waste you time in it, its PANTS!! It switches off, screen goes white, colour goes funny and does all kind of mad things of its own accord!!! in one word rubbish!!
NOOOO don’t get it!!!! it is the biggest piece of crap ever! there are so many problems with it. ie: end button not working, when the camera button is pushed it turns off, screen going blank. to name a few. i had mine replace 3 times and my brother had his replaced 4 times and we got them 9 months ago. at least get the later model of the chocolate. its much better.

This phone is really good, my sister brought one yesterday and I liked it so much I went out and brought one today, despite the fact I’d brought a brand new phone only 8 weeks ago. There are but a few problems with this phone, the main one being the lack of recording time. My last phone held up to ten minutes per recording, but alas this one has only got 20 seconds…another flaw that could do with being fixed. Other wise, I absaloutly love this phone! I got mine in lilac and it looks so pretty in my bag lol. I would recommend it to anyone!
