It seems that if you open a business account with LloydsTSB bank they will give you this really quite fantastic book full to the brim with tips on just about everything.
I read it last night (well, a big enough chunk towards the end) and it’s pretty darn good.
Also if you bank with LloydsTSB they’ll give you a free business advisor. They’re there to answer your questions and can be quite helpful. Great!
I might also say the LloydsTSB seem to be pretty open to people like me starting an account - that means, if you have a reasonably decent sounding business plan (not even written down), they’ll award you an account. Yay!
