My only concern and advice would be for both parties to agree on whether the chats get saved in Gmail.
Yup, it does rock. Though IM is a bit too close a presence for me
I prefer asynchronous communication normally.
It certainly is cool, and also beats any firewall which is great for people stuck at work…
