Rarely does such a gem of a production hit our screens.
Six Feet Under was a show with real fire, depth and pace. The story moved swiftly from bad to alright to worse, providing an unusually fresh experience.
The cast were spectacular, and so were the crew.
The finalé was epic, and I would happily watch it again. I was so pleased with the ending, it was unanticipated, but exactly what I wanted from the show. It was an emotive, powerful and impressive piece of work, and something which, I hope, will live on for a very long time indeed.
It may have been an unpopular decision by HBO to end production of Six Feet Under, but it has proven to be a wise one. They’ve managed to keep the show fresh and very rich in it’s final hours, which I certainly prefer over the prospect of a slower pace.

I’d just like to add that the ending music played in the final, brilliant sequence of Six Feet Under was “Breathe Me” by Sia. It’s a great track, and it’s available on the iTunes music store.
